Pakistan Kissan Rabita Committee to Hold Fourth Federal Congress Amid Deepening Agrarian and Ecological Crisis
Lahore, Pakistan — The Pakistan Kissan Rabita Committee (PKRC), a nationwide alliance of peasant, tenant farmer, small-scale farmer, and agrarian worker organizations, will convene its 4th Federal Congress on 3–4 January 2026 in Lahore.

Big success for general strike in Portugal
Portugal's minority right-wing conservative government (Democratic Alliance) planned to survive thanks to the parliamentary support, alternately, of the Socialists (PS) or the far right.
