A Dubai-based logistics giant unveiled a deal on Wednesday to develop shipping terminals on the United Arab Emirates’ east coast.

The Trump administration announced an agreement with Saudi Arabia on a civilian nuclear program. Such deals, known as 123 Agreements, are designed to prevent the development of weapons.

The president said punishing 50 percent tariffs would begin by Aug. 19, a significant escalation of the trade war between Canada and the U.S. that he started over a year ago.
